the city council of Bogata should surely take a page from Reno's practice of sharing with those of us who vote for them. Tonight's council meeting was a joke, a pathetic and sad testimony to what apathy will do to a community. Sadly we voters of Bogata have waited overlong to try to stop the undermining of the police department which we so badly need. The council tonight put another nail in the police department coffin . This council clearly thinks that an over paid mayor and city secretary are more important than an adequate police dept. The local drug dealers, wife beaters, child molesters and thieves will surely be sending these "civic minded" council members and mayor a thank you note or perhaps they can all "do lunch".
